passed away peacefully on March 26, 2024 at the age of 99. Beloved husband of Marian Weber who preceded him in death in 2017. Father of Susan Fulton (David Cooley) and Carol Weber (Gail Stine); Grandfather of Amanda Fulton (Michael Schmelzel) and Lauren Coughtry (Jess Coughtry); Brother of the late Ruth Andris, dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

After serving in the Navy in World War II, Arthur graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. A 70-year career at Victor Iron Works included him serving as the Owner/President for over 50 years. He had the unique opportunity to contribute to the construction of the St. Louis Arch.

Carol Klahr (#118 @ Aberdeen Heights)

April 6, 2024

Art and I were neighbors at Aberdeen Heights for many years. We became buddies during COVID-19 when we exercised on our patios following the directions of the Aberdeen Fitness Staff who brought a boombox outdoors playing Elvis Presley songs and led us through a workout routine. He was always cheerful and shared family experiences of times spent at Innsbrook or Florida. I miss seeing him and waving to him and his puppy from my patio. Carol Klahr
