I grew up and was friends with Kathy at Old Bonhomme School. I remember wanting very badly to get my ears pierced before I turned a teen and my Mom was not in favor of it. She finally agreed but only if Dr.Rifkin did it. I remember him being so kind, soft spoken and just such a nice man. Kathy, I am so sorry you lost your wonderful Dad to Parkinson's. My Dad...same age, 88 is suffering also, from this horrible disease. My thoughts are with all of the Rifkin family at this very difficult time.
