Guadalupe Ramirez Obituary

Services for Guadalupe Ramirez, 56, of Sweetwater, will be held on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church with Deacon Bill Butler officiating, under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home in Sweetwater. She was cremated.
She died on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015 at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital.
A rosary was said on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at 6 p.m. at McCoy Chapel of Memories.
She was born on May 8, 1958 in Loraine. She married Rogelio Ramirez on Aug. 30, 1983 in Sweetwater at Holy Family Catholic Church.
She had lived in Sweetwater most of her life. She worked in home health care and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Rogelio Ramirez of Sweetwater; son, Justin Lee Ramirez of Sweetwater; daughter, Jessica Andrea Ramirez of San Antonio; sisters, Mary Arellano of Colorado City, Mary Jane Abrigo of Loraine, Margaret Garza and husband Albert of Sweetwater, Gloria Wilson of Sweetwater and Linda Etheridge of Euless; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Pomposa Vasquez; and her brothers, Manuel Vasquez and Ramond Vasquez.
