James JORDAN Obituary
63, of Palm Harbor, FL, sadly passed away on August 27, 2018. In 1995 he moved to Florida from Virginia where he lived with his wife and their many rescue animals. Jeff loved being on the water, and was a gifted drummer with a passion for music. "JJ" was a generous and loving man, devoted to his family and life-long friends. Jeff was attended at his passing by his wife, Cindy Barron Jordan, and is survived also by his brothers, William Jordan, Bert Jordan, and sisters, Claudia Scherillo and Wendy Kennedy. Jeff will be in our hearts forever.

Jeff was our classmate at Hampton Roads Academy '73. We all loved his easy going way, kind heartedness, corny humor:), musical talent, 'silent' chuckling, and most of all his gentle spirit. Drum on dear Friend, until we reunite for heaven's grand band

So sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. Prayed for him daily despite not seeing him for over 20 years. He was a wonderful, fun part of the Marshall family for a number of years and loved by many. His infectious smile and humor will never be forgotten. Love you, Jeff. Earth's loss is Heaven's gain.

I grew up with Jeff. He was my first boyfriend at the age of 5. He walked me to school on my very first day of 1st grade. I still have the pictures my Mother took. Then Wendy was old enough to play and we had a good neighborhood group. Wendy, Jeff and then Bert played all the time on Parkway Dr. When they moved to Gloucester we still would stay over at each other house. We all stayed good friends for quite some time. Last time I saw Jeff was at his Father's funeral. I have thought of you often Jeff and sorry I never got to see you again. Prayers to the Jordan Family. Love you guys! Betsy Brooks Russell
