Joseph John CARDINALE

CARDINALE, Joseph John

83, of Frederick, MD and formerly of Tampa, FL, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017, at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He was the husband of Mary Ann Mirabole Cardinale. Born in Tampa on August 25, 1934, he was the son of the late Joseph and Josephine Rametta Cardinale.

John was a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville. He was retired after 38 years with Acousti Engineering Company of Florida.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Milo A. Cardinale, of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Cara Simmonds and her husband, Cary, of Washington, DC; five grandchildren, Quinn, Mary, Sara, Andrew, and Ryan; one sister, Yvonne Rodante, of Montana; and his nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Tuesday, October 17 at the Boza and Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Ave., Tampa, FL. Interment will be at 11 am, on Wednesday, October 18 in the Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. Those wishing to attend will meet at the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in his memory to the St. Timothy's Catholic Church, 8651 Biggs Ford Road, Walkersville, MD 21793.
