Peter Jay HODGDON

HODGDON, Peter Jay 72, of St. Petersburg, FL passed on August 27, 2023. Peter was the oldest of five children born to Philip W. and Mary Lou Hodgdon. Peter graduated PHS in 1969 where he played baseball, soccer and was on the ski team. He attended the University of Colorado until he began his career in hospitality. In the 80s he moved to St. Pete where he retired as the long-time GM at Ferg's. Peter was an excellent cook, beautiful skier, avid sports fan and loved music. He enjoyed gathering with family and friends. Peter is survived by his beloved daughter, Lindsay and her husband, Will Law; his long-time partner, Trish Snyder and her three children, Lauren, Bailey and LJ; his siblings Jonathon (Jetlin) Hodgdon, Sally Hodgdon, Paul (Dianne Burgess) Hodgdon and Mark (Linda) Hodgdon; and five nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held on Friday Sept. 29, from 4-7 pm at Ferg's Sports Bar. Peter will be laid to rest with his parents in Newington New Hampshire Cemetery.
