I worked at Consumers with Bill and just learned of his passing this evening. In fact, we live in the same subdivision where he lived and pass his old homestead in Jackson every single day. RIP my friend.

Bill,
Shakespeare had it wrong -- the sorrow of parting is not sweet. I miss you every minute of every day.

I only knew Bill for a short time, but was impressed by his intellect, niceness,
and helpfulness. He was a friend for a
only a short time, but worth every minute.

"I have seen death too often to believe in death, It is not an ending, but a withdrawal. As one who finishes a long journey. Stills the motor. Turns off the lights. Steps from the car. And walks up the path To the home that awaits him." .

Bill was a wonderful example of how everyone should strive to be. He was always kind, caring and concerned about his friends. He wanted to get better and come home, but God decided it was time for him to go to his forever home. Heaven will be a better place now that he is there! Your Water's Edge Staff will love you and miss you always!!!!

We remember our dear friend, Bill, the warmest of neighbors, who always had a kind word or gesture, a man who loved the arts and loved to laugh, a man who served his country and who accomplished what many merely dream of in a lifetime. Bill was genuine, loving and kind. He will be deeply missed. To Jim and family, our hearts go out to you during this difficult time. May God bless each of you and console you as you grieve this terrible loss.
