I helped take care of Ms. Tucker in her final days at TSVH, and I was very saddened to hear of her passing. I do know that she will be remembered of the amazing things she has done that made such a huge difference in several people's lives. She definitely made a difference in mine. Rest in peace to her sweet, beautiful soul.

Dear Clark and Family,

Even though I spent only my senior year at MTSU in the theatre department, I remember you and your mother with such fondness.

She was a delightful person. I sincerely hope that her last years were as fulfilling as her life seemed to be at the time I was privileged to know her.

Best to you. Susan Glass Broom

She had the ability to will the show to go on, well produced and directed, regardless.

More importantly than her many national, regional and state honors; she was kind and cared greatly for her family, her protégés and her profession.

MTSU's legacy is much richer and more
meaningful, because Dorethe Tucker brought her amazing skills to its theater department.

Surely somewhere an audience is applauding, asking for a curtain call.

Susan and family.

I remember the days when you all lived across from CMA and you and I were at McDowell together. I didn't know then that I would spend two years in theatre at MTSU taking classes from your mother. I learned a lot.

I was saddened to learn of her death, and my thoughts are with you and your family.
