Phillip Lough Obituary
He is survived by his parents; a sister, Hannah Smith of Rochester, NY, brothers, Dalton Lough and Hunter Lough of West Virginia, grandmother, Lois Knapp and grandpa Jim Saxton of Bath, NY, grandma Virginia Smith of Bath,NY, favorite cousin, Logan, and girl friend Yavette, also many aunts, uncles cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his great grandmother Dorothy Tifft and grandfather Lewis Knapp.
Friends and family are invited to call on Friday, November 8th from 5:00-7:00 PM at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath, NY. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 PM at the funeral home with Reverend Jeff McDowell officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Phillips name to Freedom Village USA, 5275 Route 14, Lakemont, NY 14857 (Freedom Village USA is North America's Premier Home for Troubled Teens)

Phillip was such a handsome young man. I remember him well as he was a member of my class at Haverling. He was a sharp dresser and had a great smile. My sincere sympathy for your loss Lena, and family. You will be in my prayers. May God grant you peace and give you comfort. Guila Armstrong

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Yvette and to Phillips family, I may not have had the pleasure of knowing the young man, although I do know that another angel has joined the heavens, to his family know that he will be forever with you in memory and in your hearts. our prayers are being sent to the Knapp family, my Husband and I have known the Knapp family for many many years and what an awful thing to happen to such a young man...I wish we could undo this somehow but we cannot, such a sad sad day the day he went to heaven, just so so sorry for your loss
