A ceremony celebrating the life of Jeanne Richardson McClendon will be held at 3 pm on Sunday at First United Pentecostal Church Denham Springs, visitation will begin at 12:30 pm. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. McClendon was born on December 21, 1948, in Independence, LA and passed from this on Wednesday July 21, 2021, at The Crossing Clarity Hospice. She is preceded in death by her father Carl "Bo" Richardson, a son Jack Elliott McClendon, brother Carl Wayne Richardson, grandson Michael Cole McClendon. Survivors include her husband Collin McClendon of Denham Springs, mother Vera M. Richardson, children Donna Johnson, Christopher Taylor, Duane McClendon, and Jeremy Taylor, sister JoEllen Ethridge; also survived by 11 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Arrangements with Church Funeral Services of Livingston Parish.

We met 37 yrs ago, she love God with her whole heart,. We shared homes, meals, children, moving, illness, life's disappointments & triumphs, more than just friend she was our heartbeat sister.
