Yvonne June Gonzales
Yvonne June Gonzales, 75, of Salinas, passed away after a short illness Sunday, October 28, 2012, at home with her husband and family by her side. She was born November 18, 1936, in Huntington Beach.
Yvonne was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Marina.
She was the owner of Villa Hand Car Wash Gift Shop.
She is survived by her husband of 43, years, Kenneth Gonzales of Salinas; daughters, Darcus Greco of Salinas, Jeanette Gonzales of Salinas, Kendra Yvonne Munoz of Salinas and Jaqueline Ledezma of Hollister; son, Sal Gonzales of Salinas; brothers, George Hoffman of Monterey, Don Hoffman of Alaska, Jim Hoffman of Idaho and Fred Hoffman of Seaside; grandsons, Thomas Riggs of Menifee and Chuck Greco of Belmont; granddaughter, Melissa Schoenthal of Salinas; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 31, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Struve and Laporte Chapel, 41 W. San Luis St., Salinas, CA 93901.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 1:30 p.m., at the Struve and Laporte Chapel.
Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 850 Abbott St., Salinas, CA 93901.
