William Hall Obituary
Vineland - William Artlen "Bill" Hall Sr, 83, of Vineland, NJ went to be home with the Lord after an illness on Tuesday, June 29, 2021. Bill is predeceased by his parents Mildred (Scudder) and William W Hall. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Rita, and children Margaret McCullough (Ed) of Statesville, NC; Joanne Gardner (Tim) of Smithville, NJ; Christiane Jones (Scott) of Clearwater, FL; William Hall Jr. of Largo, FL; step-children Joseph Vargas (Shannon) of Alaska; Kathaleen Natale (Frank) of Philadelphia, PA; Robert Welch (Joann) of Philadelphia, PA; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Bill loved the Lord, his family, and his church, Hope Assembly of God in Malaga, NJ. Earlier in his life, Bill was proud to serve in the US Air Force from 1958-61 when he was honorably discharged. He retired in 2003 from Composites One. Bill loved home projects and was an excellent craftsman; there was little that he couldn't do. Bill and Rita loved to travel with their friends. His love of the Lord was a comfort and joy to all who knew him. His faith was very strong which helped him get through many difficult hardships with his health over the last several years. He will be sadly missed but happy that he is at home with Jesus in heaven. The family would like to thank the ICU staff at Inspira Hospital in Vineland, NJ for the caring and compassion shown to Bill and his family during his stay there.
Relatives & friends will be received on Friday, July 2, 2021 at the Hope Assembly of God at 377 Dutch Mill Rd, Newfield, NJ 08344 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. with his funeral service to begin at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at the Cedar Hill Cemetery, 207 Main St Cedarville, NJ.
