Mark Gardner Obituary
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Lloyd and Lillian Gardner of Bristol.
He is survived by wife, Melissa Lewis-Gardner; sons, Ryan and Mason Gardner of Uncasville; and daughter, Dylan Gardner of Crossville, Tenn.; sisters, Carla Rojas, Jesse Rodrigue and her husband, Eric, both of Bristol, and Debby Gardner of Lake Tahoe, Nev. He was uncle to six nieces and three nephews.
Mark was a U.S. Army veteran having graduated from the elite special operations 2nd Ranger Battalion's Airborne Ranger Company training and becoming part of the 101st Airborne Division. He was a member of NLCC and an avid music and motorcycle enthusiast.
Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons East Lyme Funeral Home, 48 Grand St., Niantic. There will be a funeral service conducted at 8 p.m. after the calling hours. Interment in Jordan Cemetery will be private at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, please use those funds to spend and enjoy time with your family.
