Kaden A. Jordan, 21, of Lisbon, Iowa, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024, at his home. The family will host a short service beginning at 1 p.m. on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at the Elks Lodge #251, 801 33rd Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids with a celebration of life gathering to follow at the lodge until 4 p.m. Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, assisted the family. Kaden was born October 18, 2002, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Steven Jordan, Jr. and Jillian Hopkins. He attended Lisbon schools and Jefferson High School. Kaden worked with his father at Jordan's Property Care. He loved power sports and the outdoors; fishing, kayaking, riding motorcycles and mudding in his truck. Survivors include his mother, Jillian Hopkins (Anthony Hight) of Cedar Rapids; father, Steve (Lindsay) Jordan of Lisbon; siblings, Caleb and Kaylee Jordan of Lisbon; maternal grandparents, Sandy Maish of Cedar Rapids and Jay Hopkins (Cindy Anderson) of Fairfax, Iowa; paternal grandparents, Steve and LuAnn Jordan, Sr. of Swisher; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and his beloved cat, Echo.
