Larry E. Pierce

Pierce, Larry E. Age 49, at rest Tuesday, August 6, 2013 with his loving family by his side. Larry is survived by his loving son and the light of his life, Cody Scott Pierce of Spring, TX; mother, Melba J. Keith of Joliet, IL and father, Kenneth L. Pierce of Hurst, IL; two sisters, Kimberly J. (Tom) Moriarty of Plainfield, IL and Melissa D. Pierce of Joliet, IL; brother, Michael J. Pierce of Houston, TX; nephews, Brian and John Michael; nieces, Jacquie, Jessica, Amanda, and Erica; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Irene Keith; and paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Thelma Pierce. Born on August 15, 1963, Larry has touched many lives in many ways. He enjoyed working on cars and had a passion for fishing, hunting, and NASCAR, but mostly loved his summers with his son, Cody. In lieu of flowers, donations to Larry's family would be appreciated. Family will receive friends for a celebration of Larry's life on Saturday, August 10, 2013 with a visitation from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. followed by a service at 3 p.m. with Pastor James K.
