Dennis Gaffney Obituary
Dennis M. Gaffney, a resident of Norwalk passed away on January 13, 2019 at Cassena Care. He was born on May 10, 1953 and was a local painter.
Dennis was the son of the late William Gaffney and Emogene Weed Gaffney.
He was pre-deceased by a brother, Richard Gaffney.
He is survived by his brothers, Brian, Peter and Christopher Gaffney, and sisters, Diane (Tim) Bishop, Sharon Szanto, Jean (Jim) Miller, Noreen Gaffney, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.

My dad and Dennis would do paint jobs together and my dad would always say working with him was the best workday ever; that he couldn't believe how time went bye way too fast - and would look forward to the next time. Dad would come home with silly, fun stories about the day. And he loved and cherished his friend. Please take comfort in knowing he was well loved, very respected, and will be dearly missed by all. Dennis was a great friend, motorcycle enthusiast, master repair expert, and a true renaissance man. He had a sharp wit and an excellent sense of humor. His infectious laugh make everyone smile. We have fabulous memories which make US smile. We will never forget Dennis and will cherish his kinship every day. Sincere sympathy to the extended Gaffney family and FRiends.
