My name is John Brace, I was a friend of Tom's from Touchstone group. I have a great memory of Tom and I wanted to share it with you. Several years ago I came into the meeting with my son Zachary, he was about 5 at the time. We sat next to Tom and he talked with Zach quite a bit. The next meeting I saw Tom he had a Shrek watch with him and told me it was a gift for my son. Of course, Zach loved the watch and wore it for like a month straight. Anyway, I'll always remember Tom for what a nice person he was.
I'll miss him, and I'm very, very sorry for your loss.

I am both surprised and pleased to see that so many of Tom's friends have posted messages of condolence. Tom was a wonderful brother and friend, just the best ever. He and I remained close our whole lives. We had the rare priveledge of working together at Olin in Stamford, CT for 25 years, lunch together most days, and even after I moved to Tennessee, we were in touch so often that we could still finish each others sentences. His last message to me was an effort to plan a get together this fall. Thanks again to everyone for the support and good wishes. It means a lot.

To The Howard Family: I worked with Tom in the mid-1970's at Olin Corp. on Long Ridge Road in Stamford. He was a true gentleman and always had a bright disposition and wonderful sense of humor. What a terrible loss and so young (I'm 5 years older). It makes us realize how precious each day is. My sincere condolences.

I also was a friend and band-mate of Tom's during GHS and after. We all drifted apart as we moved on with our lives, but he has always been part of my happiest memories.
God, he could never tell a joke without starting to laugh way before the punch line...made us crazy! He was always the anchor amidst our lunacy.
My most sincere condolences...he will surely be missed.

I'm a GHS friend of Tom. We never stayed in touch after HS. Long story. I can't tell you how sad I am to hear about his passing. He was a really great guy, and a really good friend. I think of our adventures every now and then. And they will still make me smile.
Loved the garage door on Daffodil Lane. And oh my that Chevy Malibu Convertible.
My most sincere condolences.

Heather, John, James, and Friends... I remember Tom well for his love for music, his infectious smile, and his easy and relaxed personality. It's been 40 years since I last saw Tom but his loving memory will always have a home in my sympathetic heart. I share in your mourning and your loss.

Heather, John and James. Over the years Tom and I drifted apart but he never left my heart. I will always remember his humor, music, smile and most of all loving heart shared through our music and laughing together. My condolences on your loss. With all my heart...

Heather, John & James--thoughts and prayers and sincere condolences from our family to yours. Tom & I were old GHS classmates and bandmates and, most of all, friends...and a good friend he was.
