Never forgotten. I see gals sometimes that remind me of you or her a worship song that reminds me of the joy you had and pure love in worship time when we shared in HIS prescence. What glory you are witnessing now . Wish you could share with us again, but one day soon we will be rejoined to sing our praises to Our Mighty God who keeps you in HIS care. Love you Donna XO XO

Uncle Walt,
I want to send this to let you know that I love you and am praying for you every day. Aunt Donna was very special to me. She was there for me many times, but especially after my divorce. She always loved unconditionally and accepted people without reservation. I know she spent many hours praying for me and others. I want you to know that I have many many wonderful memories of her and I recorded them and printed them. I so much wanted to be at her service on the 18th, but our financial situation just would not allow it, so I had my own special little service for her down here. It was very beautiful. I wanted to honor her because she was such a special person to me. I will continue to pray for you. Remember, you are loved.

We never knew Donna's midddle name until we read her obituary. Her parents could not have given her a more appropriate name: "Celeste" is a French word meaning "heavenly." Donna was the most heavenly-minded friend we ever had. Her poetry, her words, her faith, and her smile all expressed her love for her heavenly Father. Walt and Donna together exhibited a profound understanding of the phrase "until death do us part." We are so privileged to have known her. What a day of rejoicing it will be when we are all reunited. Our sincere condolences to all of the family as they adjust to a life without Donna.

To the Baer Family
One thing that cannot go unmentioned is Donna's joy in being a prayer warrior. I am eternally grateful for her literal undertaken of 'love thy neighbour as thyself" being the neighbour and recipient of Donna's prayers before the throne, for our salvation... Twenty-eight years later, I can still hear her rejoicing with a chorus of "Praise God" when we called her to say we had indeed finally forsaken our old ways and agreed to follow Jesus and let Him be in charge of our entire lives. Please know, you too are the heroes for honouring this precious wife, mother, friend of God.
May the King of Glory meet you at this time!
Love in Christ Bryan and Keisha Kain

At a loss for words...because of the mixed emotions that grief and mourning brings. Walt, who gave sacrifically to his love... you were an example of Christ love. The love and support of her family and her church family was endless. Donna was the perfect example of how to love Jesus through it all. Sunday it ended for us for the time being ,but her life began not ended. Jesus got loved on Sunday...by his faithful , gentle, daughter Donna....who never stopped "knowing" HIM. Enjoy your dance with your Master Donna ! May her Lord and Master bring comfort to all of us who share in the loss of Donna. We'll see you soon.

With deepest sympathy in the loss of your wife, mother, daughter and sister. Donna was such a sweet and caring person, and we always enjoyed chatting with her about the kids, sports or whatever else was going on at the time. She was blessed to have such a loving and supportive family. Walt - you are an inspiration to us and we look at you in awe at the way you took such wonderful care of Donna all these years. She was truly blessed to have such a loving and devoted husband and family. May you find comfort in knowing that she is is god's loving arms now.
