I always knew you as Harrington, or
more effectinately as "Bones". We were friends during our childhood and
teen age years and I remember when
you used to take care of St. Joseph's
cemetery on the Lake Titus Road,
beside my old homestead. Your death saddened me. You will be missed. My condolances to your family and loved ones.

Linda, John and Family,
I was greatly shocked and saddened to hear of Harrington's passing. I will never forget all of the laughs he brought me when I used to spend time at Sign-O-Rama...he was always 'good' for giving and/or receiving a friendly 'hard time'. I feel honored to have known such a kind and big-hearted soul. My deepest sympathies to you and your entire family.

Dear O'Leary family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Harrington and I went to school together and he was such fun. I remember singing to him when he would come into Marion's or the Popcorn Shop. The song H A double R I always brings a smile and the memory of Harrington.

I would like to start by giving my condolences to John's family and loved ones.
I want to express how I'm going to miss doing business with the character that John was. I'd have to compare doing business with John, like going to an old mom and pop store. John knew you by name, hold a conversation with you, and he wouldn't hold back cracking a joke with you, or even at you. I enjoyed doing business with him over the past several years, and I will truly miss our friendship. God Bless!

Aunt Linda, Kelly, Karen and Johnny,
It is amusing in a way to read the words of others referring to our Uncle Harrington as John. I so looked forward to introducing Uncle Harrington to the first Casey grandchild this summer. I feel for all of you, he was too young, funny and loving to be taken so suddenly. I am sad that I can't be there and will be thinking of all of you this week. I plan to dedicate Run for Dad to him on Sunday.
