Julia Sosa Obituary
PHARR - Julia R. Sosa, 80, died Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
Born in Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Mrs. Sosa had lived in Pharr for the past 25 years and was a member of Templo Rayos De Luz in Pharr.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Sosa.
Mrs. Sosa is survived by nine children, Pedro (Maria G.) Sosa, Jr., Marcelino (Olga) Sosa, both of Lake Worth, Florida, Alicia (Fernando) Cantu of Alamo, Sandra (Erick) Cortez of Fort Pierce, Florida, Maria De Jesus Escalante, Yolanda Sosa, Pablo Sosa, all of Pharr, Martin (Vilma) Sosa of Edinburg, Flor Estella Sosa of San Juan; 20 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Isabel Rubio of Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service today, April 19, 2007, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2007, at Templo Rayos De Luz in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
