Barbara Coleman Obituary
She was born on August 24, 1937 in Fremont to Glenn D. and Helen B. (Eishen) Tusing. She attended Green Springs High School. Barbara married Paul D. Coleman on February 4, 1956 in Fremont and he preceded her in death on September 26, 1994. She was a Waitress and Bar Maid at the Fremont Eagles, Serwin's and the Globe Restaurants. She had previously worked at Singer Controls. Barbara enjoyed bingo, going to Casinos and socializing, especially at Karen's Restaurant. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren and loved animals.
Barbara is survived by her children, Pamela (Gary) Shively, Gibsonburg, OH, Mark A. Coleman, Jeffrey A. (Laura Pauley) Coleman, both of Fremont, OH; sisters, Judy (Don) Overmyer, Tonja Douge, both of Oak Harbor, OH; grandchildren, Chad (Sara) Shively, Kelly (Kevin) Hoffman, Matt (Cheryl) Shively, Charles, Jennifer and Ashley Coleman; great grandchildren, Garrett and Laine Shively, Aubrey Davis, Austin Jackson, Hannah and Hailey Sebetto.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Paul D. Coleman.
Visitation: Saturday from noon until 2:00 p.m. at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont, OH.
Service: Saturday, March 27, 2010, 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Blair Miller officiating.
Burial: Green Springs Cemetery, Green Springs, OH.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family.
