Thomas Faust Obituary
Thomas G. Faust, age 67, of Oshkosh, passed into the arms of his Lord and Savior, Thursday morning, October 5, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center. Born on August 30, 1950, in Oshkosh, the son of Gilbert and Virginia (Mueller) Faust, Tom married Linda Zahn on June 24, 1973 in Muskego, Wisconsin.
Employed by Buckstaff Company in 1974 as a production worker, Tom remained a loyal employee advancing to the position of supervisor until his retirement in 2008. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, serving as an Elder and Children Choir Director. Tom served as President of Pluswood Credit Union and enjoyed playing in a golf league.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Faust of Oshkosh; his siblings, James (Kathleen) Faust of Fond du Lac, John Faust of Madison, Eve (Stephan) Blum of Fond du Lac, and Robert (Vicki) Faust of Temecula, California; 17 nieces and nephews; a special aunt, Mary Mueller of Oshkosh; and close friends, Mike and Cathy Hanke of Green Bay.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 9, 2017, at 3:30 p.m. in Grace Lutheran Church, 913 Nebraska Street, Oshkosh, with Reverend Jeffrey Duquaine officiating. A time of visiting and sharing of memories will be held on Monday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the church. Online condolences to the family may be given at www.seefeldfuneral.com.

Condolences to Linda as well as my Faust cousins Jim, John, Eve and Bob at the passing of Tom. It's times like this that illustrate to us just how fast time and life has passed by. Wasn't it just yesterday that we were all together on Christmas Eve at your house with that wonderful generation that was our parents, aunts and uncles! It is those memories that I choose to remember and how their love formed the foundation and glue for our own lives. May your faith and love support you at this time of sorrow.

My condolences go out to the family. My family also attended Grace Lutheran Church and school. My mother, Lorraine Bowen was a dear friend of Tom's mom, Gin. Many memories. My kids also had Linda as their teacher at Grace. He is with our Lord and Savior now.
