PATRICIA TRIPONEY Obituary
Ms. Triponey was born June 20, 1958 in Clearfield, the daughter of Ernest E. and Elizabeth J. (Mann) Triponey.
She was a graduate of Curwensville Area High School, Class of 1976.
Patti had worked in the cafeteria at Alpharetta High School in Georgia and upon moving back to Clearfield she had been employed at Ollie's.
She loved to watch her soap operas and was an avid reader.
Patti was loved by family and friends alike and will surely be missed, but you have your wings now…fly high.
Patti is survived by her four siblings, Cindy Triponey of Clearfield, Sue Barr of Clearfield, Mark Triponey of Clearfield and Matthew Triponey (David Hyde) of Shinglehouse; a nephew, Chris Barr; and special friends who were family to her, Patti and Steve Novak and Gail and Benny Long.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant sister, Catherine Diane Triponey; and a sister, Ruthann Duckett.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. John Lutheran Church of Clearfield on Thursday, Aug. 12, 2021 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Robert Way officiating.
Friends will be received at the church on Thursday from 12 noon until the hour of services.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Joseph and Elizabeth Shaw Public Library, 1 South Front St., Clearfield, PA 16830.
