Peggy Curtis Obituary
She was born Oct. 9, 1940, in Bay, Ark.
Peggy was of Church of God faith.
Survivors include her loving husband of 56 1/2 years, Harry C. Curtis of Wallins; a son, Ricky Curtis and wife, Faye, of Johnston City; two daughters, Vicky English of Herrin and Karen Ori and fiancé, Kevin Summers, of Freeman Spur; one sister, Vivian and Bill Smith; and one brother, Dale and Donna Smith; grandchildren, Ricky and Bridget Curtis, Destiny and Donnie Ogden, Nicholas and Ashley Ori and April and Mickey Lott; great-grandchildren, Triston and Trevor Curtis, Jayden, Dillon and Chance Ogden, Kyler Morrison, Jamani and Arista Hill, Graclyn Skaggs and Paisley Ori; and close family friends, Nicholas Ori Sr. and Jim English.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Lamberson and Ruth Wells Lamberson; daughter, Terry Lynn Curtis; sister, Janet Smith; and brother, Donald Lamberson.
Services for Peggy will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, in Egyptian Memorial Gardens in Energy with the Rev. Don Colson officiating. En-tombment will be after the services.
Murman and Wilson Funeral Home of Johnston City is in charge of arrangements.

i love u mom. I miss u so much. im glad ur no longer in pain, but its hard knowing that I cant hug u or call u or see ur beautiful face anymore. I thank god for the time we had together. I hope to see u again sumday in the after life, if its meant to be. thank u jesus for takin care of my mom for me rt now. u rest in peace now mom. I love u w all my heart...
