Connie Hamilton Obituary
Parowan, Utah
Connie Ann Hamilton our loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt, returned to her Heavenly Father unexpectedly on October 21, 2013. She was born on December 22, 1959 to Sherel Pendleton Lister and Julia M. Lister in Cedar City. She attended Parowan High School. She was married to Kim Bess and raised her 3 children in Parowan. She later moved to Cedar City and married James Hamilton, where she lived for many years until her and Jimmie returned to live in Parowan. Connie and Jimmie lived in Parowan and enjoyed their lives together until Jimmie passed away in 2012.
Connie is preceded in death by her Mother, Julia M. Lister, and her husband Jimmie Hamilton. Connie will be missed by so many, including her sons, Jed (Lorri) Bess, Jake (Shaneal) Bess, and Chett Bess, her grandchildren, Caitlin Bess, Morgan Bess, Monte Bess, her father Sherel Pendleton Lister and her Brothers and Sisters, Randall (Diane) Lister. Teresa (Don) Caldwell, Justin Lister and Marcia Smith, Katti Lister and Nathan (Treisa) Lister, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
There will be a graveside service held on Monday, October 28, 2013 in the Parowan City Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary. Online condolences can be made at www.sumortuary.com.

I remember years ago Connie's son designed a Christmas card for the women's crisis center. He was five then and Connie was so proud of him. I think of that Christmas card all the time. It was simply an upside down heart and he wrote sometimes peoples lives are upside down.. I have always had a special place in my heart for you Connie. You will be missed but you can now be with your mom and Jimmie. Love you. RIP
