Barbara Ann Kelly "Bobbie" COLUMBIA - Barbara Ann "Bobbie" Kelly, 77, passed away suddenly in Crested Butte, Colorado on December 17, 2018. She was born December 7, 1941 in Columbia to the late Benjamin Edward Kelly, Sr. and Sadie Elizabeth Segars Kelly. Bobbie was educated in the Brookland Cayce school system and the S.C. School for the Deaf and Blind. She worked for the Department of Revenue from 1974 until 2006, when she retired after 32 years of service. Bobbie leaves to cherish her memory, a brother, William "Billy" Kelly; three nephews, Ben Kelly III (Stella), Todd Kelly (Sandra) and Rhett Kelly (Dana); and great-nieces and great-nephew, Dr. Ann Gregory Kelly (Chris), Katherine Kelly, Caroline Kelly, Campbell Kelly, Austin Kelly, Ashley Lawson, and Macey Lawson; and her former sister-in-law, Sandra McKinney. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Benjamin Kelly, Jr. Barbara had three great loves: her church, her family and the USC women's basketball team. She was a long-time member of Transfiguration Lutheran Church in Cayce and almost never missed a basketball game. A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Transfiguration Lutheran Church, 1301 12th Street, Cayce, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
