David Ballino Obituary
Born in Scranton, son of Cherie Ann Dubiac, Scranton, and David Joseph Ballino Sr. and his wife, Rebecca, Scranton, he was a graduate of Scranton High School. He was a machine operator and molder for Gertrude Hawk Chocolates.
David loved spending time with his daughter, Lily. He loved skateboarding and gaming, and was also interested in computer science. He had the ability to make people laugh and love him for the good-hearted man that he was, and will forever be in our hearts.
Also surviving are his daughter, Lily Ballino, Clarks Summit; a sister, Miranda Unger, Scranton; a brother, Elliott Ballino, Scranton; paternal grandparents, Eugene and Dianne Ballino, Jefferson Twp.; maternal grandparents, Peter and Mariann Dubiac, Clarks Summit; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like acknowledge and express its deepest gratitude to Jess Korshnak for her unwavering support, love and kindness to both David and his family. She held a special place in David's heart, and we will forever be indebted to her for the joy and hope that she brought to David throughout the last year.
The services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brian Arthur Strauch Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 602 Birch St., Scranton.

I only knew him for a short time when he was a head cashier at Home Depot but he was so funny and kind to us newbies. I came to care for him alot in a very short time. I am so sorry for your loss. God Bless Dave!
