To Jude and the Carroll family.
Don was a long time friend. We've known each other since 1969 when we first worked together at Pacemaker Homes. We also both worked at Tobyhanna. Don was always a dedicated person, who cared about what he did. He'll be missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
