Joseph also drove school bus 27 for the Scranton School District. He loved the kids on his bus and enjoyed the time he got to spend with them. He took great joy in seeing them grow into young adults and cared about them deeply

He was a wonderful family man, a loving husband and father who will be missed by all who knew him. Joseph was especially skilled in the trades plumbing, carpentry and electrical work, and he never hesitated to help a friend in need. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed his many fishing trips to Poplars in Canada.

Surviving are two daughters, Kathy Castelletti, Clarks Summit; and Karen Decker and husband, Jim, Gainesville, Va.; two sons, Joseph Fisne and wife, Rosanne, Olyphant; and Richard Fisne and wife, Pamela, Centreville; a sister, Joan Caviston and her husband, Donald, Jenkintown, Pa.; brothers and sisters-in-law, James Patterson and wife, Patricia, Moscow; Elizabeth Cris and husband, Edward, Temecula, Calif.; Jean Boland, Huntington Beach, Calif.; and Joseph Patterson, Scranton; five grandchildren, Sgt. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Fisne; sister-in-law, Mary Vivian Dwyer; and son-in-law, Richard Castelletti.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 9 a.m. at Church of St. Benedict, Newton-Ransom Boulevard, Clarks Summit, by Monsignor Joseph G. Quinn. All those attending are asked to go directly to church. Interment will follow at St. Catherine's Cemetery, Moscow.
