Joseph Nese Obituary
Joseph J. Nese, 72, of Harding and formerly of Old Forge, died Tuesday afternoon following a brief illness.
Born in Taylor, son of the late Mario and Agatha Cusumano Nese, he was a 1969 graduate of Old Forge High School. He settled in Pittsburgh in 1988 and later returned to Northeast Pennsylvania. Joe was a longtime member and supporter of the Felittese Association, Old Forge.
Surviving are his four children, Heather Omahne, of Montclair, N.J.; Susan Rich, Kerry Nese and Joseph Nese, all of Pittsburgh; three grandchildren, Gianna, Caleb and Sonny; his brother, Guy Nese (wife, Mildred), Old Forge; his sister, Mary Ann Nese, Old Forge; nephew, Mario Nese (wife, Gabrielle); and close friend, Tracy Hurst, of Harding.
Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside service on Monday at noon at the Old Forge Cemetery. Interment will follow.
