Patrick Fiore Obituary
Born in Scranton, son of the late Patrick Sr. and Sarah Lunecerra Fiore, he was a graduate of Scranton Technical High School and the University of Scranton. He was a proud veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving with the Army. He was the recipient of numerous medals, including Good Conduct, Combat M. CIB, Bronze Star, National Service, Korean Service, United Nations Service and the UN Ribbon, and the Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation.
He was a member of St. Gregory's Church, Clarks Green, the VFW and the Korean Disabled Veteran's Association.
He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Patrick lived a long, successful life with a warm heart for all family and friends.
Also surviving are three sons, Patrick and wife, Judith, Palmetto Bay, Fla.; Thomas and wife, Allycyn, Egg Harbor Twp., N.J.; and attorney John, New York City and Hong Kong; five grandchildren, Alixandria, Gian, Sophie, Isabella and Rocco; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Rocco, Peter and Michael; and a sister, Mary Korner.
The funeral will be Monday with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Gregory's Church, 330 N. Abington Road, Clarks Summit. Interment, St. Catherine's Cemetery, Moscow. Arrangements are provided by the Carl J. Savino Funeral Home, 157 S. Main Ave., West Scranton.
There are no hours of visitation. Patrick's family will receive family and friends following the Mass.

June & Family..I'm so very sorry to hear of Pat's passing. I will never forget him because he was a wonderful man & worked with my dad at Met Life. May you always remember all the wonderful years he shared with you & your family. Pat's at peace now & will be watching over you & your family now.
