Henry Fee

Funeral services for Henry Fee will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, October 26, 2014, in the Union Hill Baptist Church with the Reverend Wayne Dunn and Reverend Troy Doyle officiating. Committal service will follow in the Stanley Cemetery of Glenmora under the guidance of White Oaks Funeral Home, Oakdale.

Henry, 89, of Glenmora entered eternal rest on Thursday, October 23, 2014 in the Oakdale Community Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was born on February 21, 1925 in Glenmora to the union of Richard and Bell Boone Fee. He was a Baptist by faith. Henry retired as a heavy equipment operator. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend.

He is preceded in death by his parent, Richard and Bell Fee; two brothers, Leon and Walter Fee; and five sisters, Myrtle Edwards, Hattie Odom, Irene Harper, Ruby McDaniel and Ethyl Abel.

He leaves behind his loving family to cherish his memory, his wife of 53 years, Juanita Fee of Glenmora; two sons, Reverend Wayne Dunn (Kathy) of Glenmora and Terry Jowers of Oberlin; one daughter, Turrita Jower; four sisters, Lucy Edwards of Oakdale, Doris Fee of Broussard, Lovie Johnson (John) of Alexandria and Dovie Laird of Oakdale; one brother, Malcolm Fee of Glenmora; ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends.

Pallbearers to serve will be Anthony Dunn, Quincey Dunn, Aaron Dunn, Ray Fee, Charles Edwards and Rolly Teal.

Visitation will begin Saturday, October 25, 2014 from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m., then Sunday, October 26, 2014 from 10 a.m. until service time in the church at 3 p.m.
