Rob and I have so many wonderful memories of you! from when we first starting dating and our weekends included dates to "Sonny's junkyard" to retrieve parts for our project vehicles, to when we were next door neighbors for 5 years and Jeralyn going over to visit "Sonny-Mike" and Gilda. You were a wonderful husband to Gilda, and friend to so many! Always willing to lend a hand! There is a special place in Heaven for people like you! God bless you Sonny Mike! You truly will be missed by SO many!!

Dear Uncle Sonny,
I wont be at your funeral or wake but growing up we had some great times riding in your trailor truck blowing the air horns flipping the lites so the trailor pulling in was clear. going to boyds potatoe chip factory and them giving us fresh warm chips to eat on the long way home. i could write and write about my brother Dennis and myself playing in the junk yard and picking up all your soda bottles and bringing them to bacons little white store to cash them in for a bag of penny candy. lots of memorys love you Russ. ps and the old bunk house where all stayed to work on the farm

Mike was a very special friend who was generous, kind and thought of others first. His smile was infectious. He loved the Amish country and traveling. He was always ready for an adventure. Mike will be truly missed by many.

Everyone should have an uncle who patiently listens to them sing the ABC's as though it were an Aria; an uncle who always has a kind smile, and will sit down to have a hotdog with you. The kind of uncle who acts as though you've given him a gift when you call to say hello, who brings pizza when you invite him over, and when you burn the hot dogs, he says, "hey burn me another dog!". An uncle who will sit and have amaretto egg nog with you on Christmas Eve, and watch fireworks with you on the 4th of July. May God grant him Eternal rest.

Sonny, You have been a great friend to a lot of people. You were always ready to lend a hand when it was needed. You and Gilda were like grandparents to our children and grand children. Your junkyard was better than Disneyland to "Bub" and Chris, Jon and Kamron. And who will ever forget the famous popcorn balls on Halloween? Rest in peace, Sonny, and know that you are well loved.
