Diane Hubbard Obituary

HUBBARD, Diane Gayle Thomas, departed this life on Tuesday January 23. She was much beloved in her community of Red Oak, Virginia. Born May 26,1953 in Richmond, she was a graduate of Meadowbrook high school in 1971. She received several certificates of achievement in tax law and had a thriving tax and bookkeeping company for over 30 years. Diane was fun, smart and had a laugh no one will forget. Diane is survived by her son Robert Jones, Grandson Aaron Jones of Disputanta; Sister J. Lynn Thomas of Richmond; and Stepsons Kenneth Hubbard (Wanda) Scottsburg, and Jeffery Harris (Jennifer) of Matoaca. She will be greatly missed.

Diane was my dearest friend since elementary school. We were more like sisters. Diane would do anything to help someone. I will miss her so much every single day. It comforts me to know she is not in pain anymore and she is with her maker.
