Janet Johnson Dailey

DAILEY, Janet Johnson, of Irmo, S.C., age, 77, died January 3, 2021, in Columbia, S.C. She was born in Petersburg, Virginia on November 24, 1943, daughter of Earl C. Johnson and Edith S. Johnson. She was a 1962 graduate of Colonial Heights High School and attended Chowan University, Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated from The Pan American School. Janet was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and a wonderful friend to many. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Katherine, Thomas (husband); grandchildren, Ann-Claire, William Connor, David Harrison, Henry Grant and Hailey, whom she adored. She is also survived by aunts and cousins. A memorial service will be held at Union United Methodist Church on Monday, January 11, 2021, at 1 p.m. At a later date, a graveside service will be planned in Virginia for interment.
