Samson De La Cerna Obituary
Samson "Sam" De La Cerna, of Benicia, passed away peacefully with his family surrounding him, from his long battle of cancer. Sam was born and raised in Vallejo, CA., and was a Vietnam veteran, an avid Harley rider, and a dedicated family man. We love you very much.
Sam is preceded in death by his mother and father, Andrea and Sam De La Cerna.
He is survived by his wife, Jolene; son, Dante (Annie) De La Cerna; stepchildren, Jennifer(Shane) DeForge, Jeff (Summer) Boyd, Milo Boyd; brother, Don (Trudye) De La Cerna and seven grandchildren.
A celebration of Sam's life will be held on Friday, Nov. 16, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the Veterans Memorial Hall, Casa Grande Room, 1150 1st St., Benicia
