Harper, Francine J. SCHUYLERVILLE Francine J. Harper, 66, died peacefully at Saratoga Hospital on November 7, 2021, after a brief illness. Survivors include her sister, Debbie Canfield; and brother, William Thibodeau; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Abel Aldrich. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family and there will be no calling hours. During this difficult time, friends and family are encouraged to visit www.devito-salvadorefh.com to leave condolences and share photos and special memories they have of Francine.
