Bell, Sandra L. TROY Sandra L. Bell, 69, died on March 23, 2015. Survived by children, Robert E. Bell Jr, Joseph Mosso, Robin L. Bell and Dottie A. Bell; siblings, Dottie Mosso, Charles Primeau, Thomas and Fred Primeau; grandchildren; a great-grandchild; nieces and nephews. Funeral, Friday, 11 a.m., from the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home. A calling hour will precede the funeral service. Interment, St. Jean's Cemetery, Troy.

Dear Robert and Dottie, I am so sorry to hear about her mother passing. Our prayers are with your family. God will take good care of her and your Dad. I don't no if you remember me.
