To the family, if there was no pain there was no loss and we lost a great one. But together we can get through any ordeal. Uncle David I never got my picture but you can draw me when I get there.
Love always,
"Ms. Parker"

To my family we all are going through a great lose, but God knew what was best for Uncle David (Chico) and we can get through this together. I Love You all! To Uncle David I miss you so much. All the fun times we've shared, the stories behind your drawings and you letting me play in you hair as a little girl. I remember the time when you were living with us...man those were the days. I couldn't wait to get home from school somedays to the laughs, jokes and to watch Thunder Cats (your favorite cartoon) with my uncle David. And even though you were my uncle, you always was like a big brother to me. I could talk to you about anything. I was your "Trish Dish in a Lish." You had a special name for just about all of us. I could go on and on about the fun times I miss having with you...I just want one more day of the old Uncle David just one day. I can just hear you now "Dish" I know you are in a better place now and I will see you when I get there. (No more Pain)
I Love You So Much

To the family: Yes, David's name has been called. Some of us may think that his name was called too soon. But we must be assured that our God makes no mistakes. We may not understand it all right now. But we will understand by and by. Grandmama, Granddaddy, Leslie, Tiff, David and all the sisters and brothers, neices and nephews, aunts, grands.... we now have to lean on the Lord. He will give us the strength that we need. He promised that He would. So lets all encourage each other as we go through this time of extreme sorrow. Yes.... we already miss Uncle David!!! But with God and each other, we will make it through. So let's remember that funny something that David has said to each of us, and smile/laugh. He would not want us to grieve too long. Right? Love all of you much!!!! "Flo"
