I had the distinct privilege of meeting Jeff at my daughter's 18th birthday party last June. After talking with him, I was extremely impressed with his friendly personality and perfect manners. How refreshing! I am sure that heaven is a much brighter place with his presence. My sincere prayers and thoughts are with you - his family.
