Dear Sharmain and children,
I was so very sad to hear of your husband and father's passing. At the funeral today I saw and heard how beloved and admired he was. He must have been a wonderful person to receive such an outpouring of love upon his death.
I know that it seems like the pain will never end, but keeping and treasuring your memories will help in time. Knowing that others are sharing in your loss can be comforting too, since he had touched so many people in his church, scouting, sports, and family life.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. My heart is broken whenever someone I care about suffers such a huge loss. Know that you are loved and that friends are willing to help, lend an ear or a shoulder whenever you need them.
God bless and keep you all in his grace and love.

Wayne was a great coworker. In his professional capacity, he was easy to work with and always had time to listen. When not discussing work, he liked to talk about sports and diss on my Seminoles. We had a friendly bet on the Clemson game a couple of times...this might be the year, Wayne! You will truly be missed. My heart goes out to Wayne's family and I hope you find comfort in knowing he made a difference in the world and touched so many people with his kindness and humor. Deepest sympathies to you.

Wayne, your loss is profound and my prayers are with your wife, your children, and those who loved you. If I may speak directly to them, I pray that your hearts will be consoled and that you will draw close to God during what feels like an impossible time. Wayne was the "go to" man in his area and he will be missed by us for many reasons. But for those of you who shared his life, he was more than that. We are not a sum of what we do, we are who we loved. He loved you all. God bless you. Thanks for sharing him with us.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of Wayne's family. I worked with Wayne and he was always helpful, but I especially enjoyed our talks about his fishing and his family. From everything I saw and heard, Wayne was a man who loved his family and loved his life with them. My heart is with those he left behind.

Wayneo' my wife called me yesterday and asked that I sit down for some horrible news. I lost another great friend and fishing partner. To be honest I am still numb in hearing this news. I lost a great friend and fishing partner on Thanksgiving Day 2014 which was our son Donnie.now you. We were on my boat just a few weeks ago and you caught two nice redfish one having the most spots we have ever seen on a redfish31!. We both joked you would have won the yearly tournament for most spots on a redfish! Robyn and I are deeply saddened with you leaving us and our hearts go out to your wife and children. You were so proud of your kids with soccer and that was our main conversation while we fished just a short time ago, as well as how well your wife baked cupcakes! You will be missed greatly Wayneo'. Catch em in Heaven! Love you bro'..Bill and Robyn Wilson.

Melva & Family, I am so sorry for y'alls loss. Words alone cannot portray the grief y'all are feeling. Just know that there are people y'all can lean on. You don't have to be strong all the time. Lean on each other, and lean on friends. I'm always here to lend an ear.
