Elizabeth “Juanita”
Elizabeth “Juanita” Carl, 86, of Toledo, OH died Saturday, December 17, 2016, at Ebeid Hospice Residence. Born June 23, 1930, in Waverly, KY she was the daughter of Thomas and Frances (Mills) Nalley. Juanita married Robert Carl on March 2, 1953. She was
employed in the accounting department at the In & Out Mart Office for over 10 years, retiring in 1992. Elizabeth enjoyed reading, sewing and spending time her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Robert; children, Deborah (Danny) Freeman, Robert (Joan) Carl, Jr. and Patricia (Robert) Hendrickson; brother, William Nalley; sisters, Bettye Jackson, Mary (Doug) Girten, and Louise (James) Martin; grandchildren, Keith, Kevin, Angie, Josh, Lance and Trevor; and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister.
A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at Regina Coeli Catholic Church, 530 Regina Parkway (at Bennett) Toledo, OH. Fr. John Miller and Fr. James Auth, present for the funeral mass. Memorials may be made to ProMedica Hospice. Arrangements by the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, Temperance, MI.
