I was shocked and saddened to hear of my long time friend, fellow Republican, and business associate passing. He was a very good man. I believe he is in a better place.

Irene and Family,
Irene and I are very saddened to hear about Frank, he was a warm and wonderful person. It seems like just yesterday that we were all in Germany on the bus. I will greatly miss the emails Frank sent, the last one was just last week, it was pictures of Europe, most of the times it was jokes. You are in our prayers, believe me Frank will be greatly missed.
