So sorry for your loss. The Orval Yager family will always remember our Dad´s (Orval´s) friend Doc Godie. We still have some ducks and knife he made. Beautiful work.

Larry Jr., and family...I had the pleasure of meeting your Dad, when my boat was in your shop. I was always intrigued by all the various "things" in the shop. He was a 'Master' of many.
May your memories bring you comfort at this time.

Britt,
I am so saddened to hear of Doc's passing. Please give my regards to your Mom, Grandma and Uncle Larry as well as the rest of your family. I have fond memories of Doc and growing up on 105th. His ducks and woodworking, the bat that he dropped on us every year at Halloween, trips up to the cabin and taking dune buggy trips in the woods. He was loved by many people and his memory will live on in the hearts of so many. God Bless him.

Dear Betty and family, So sorry to hear of your loss. I remember Doc as such a cheerful and helpful man. And what a talent he had with the wood! God bless you and help you through your loss.
