Eugenia Moore

Eugenia Moore TRENTON - Eugenia (Baker) Moore, 65, passed away on Sunday at Virtua Memorial Hospital, Mount Holly. Born in Trenton and a lifetime area resident, Ms. Moore retired in 2002 from the Department of Labor as a claims examiner after 37 years of state service. She then worked part time for the New Jersey Hospital Association. She enjoyed going to church, sewing, traveling, bowling, playing Scrabble, and spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Joshua Moore; her father, James E. Baker; her only brother, Carl Taylor; and her sister, Hazel Baker. She is survived by two daughters, Joanne Jones and Marie Moore; son-in-law, Larry Jones; two grandsons, Dahntay Jones and Eugene Moore; three great-grandchildren, Tanner, Zoee, and True Jones; her mother, Mary E. Baker; two sisters, Juanita and Florence Baker; two aunts, Eunice and Sarah Taylor; three uncles, Harrison and John Taylor, and Donald Nixon; five sisters-in-law, Grace Taylor, Bernice Moore, Etelvenia Smith, Antonea Horton, and Marion Hunter; two nieces, Rosie Leonard and Colette James; two nephews, Marcus and Robert Baler; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Shiloh Baptist Church, 340 Calhoun St., Trenton, where relatives and friends may call from 9 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton. Ministry of Comfort and Service of Dignity is provided by the W. R. Woody Funeral Home, Burlington.
