Arthur Gornick Obituary

Arthur E. Gornick, 77, of Braddock Hills, died Friday, Nov. 26, 2010, surrounded by his loving family. Art was employed by Braddock Catholic Cemetery for 40 years. He was the beloved husband of 42 years of the late Marilyn R. (Wilson) Gornick; loving father of Arthur E. (Cathy) Gornick Jr., of Reserve, Daniel E. (Mary) Gornick, of Bethel Park, Carol (John "Piny") Wallace, of Trafford, and Kathy Gornick, of Braddock Hills; grandfather of Danny, Katelyn and Matthew (Jayme) Gornick; and brother of the late Katy Gornick, Anna Balkovec and Joseph Gornick. Friends are welcome from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday and Monday at PATRICK T. LANIGAN FUNERAL HOME, 700 Linden Ave., East Pittsburgh, 412-824-8800. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Maurice Church. Interment will be in Braddock Catholic Cemetery. www.laniganfuneralhome.com.
