Robert J. Guerin

Robert J. Guerin, 92, of Wilkins Township, died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011. Bob was a World War II Army veteran and recipient of the Bronze Star Medal. He was a retired employee of the former Faller Furniture, having worked at both the Wilkinsburg and Turtle Creek stores. He was the beloved husband of Catherine (Henaghan) Guerin for 56 years; brother of David Guerin, of Churchill; also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the PATRICK T. LANIGAN FUNERAL HOME, TURTLE CREEK/MONROEVILLE CHAPEL, 1111 Monroeville Ave. at James Street, Turtle Creek, 412-823-9350. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Bernadette Church. Burial with military honors will follow at Plum Creek Cemetery.
