June Back Obituary

June Beverly Back, 83, of Jeannette, died Monday, March 23, 2015, in Greensburg Care Center. She was born Feb. 14, 1932, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Richard and Grace (Long) Crosby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Newell M. Back; and siblings, Margaret, Richard "Buzz", Albert, Joe Paul, Ralph and Glenn. She was a member of Church of the Open Door and previously worked as a housekeeper at Baldock Health Care. June is survived by her daughters, Charlotte Klevemann and her husband, Matt, of Jeannette, and Newella Martin, of Tennessee; brothers, Howard Crosby and wife, Hilda, Bill Crosby and Peggy, Harry Crosby and wife, Virginia, Jim Crosby and wife, Glenda, Clarance Crosby and wife, Jeanne; grandchildren, Nicole Bechard, Jimmy Wiltrout, Ryan and Melissa Klevemann and Tyler Martin; great-grandchildren, Ellie Mae, Brandon, Joey and Alexio; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME INC., 201 N. First St., Jeannette. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home with Pastor David Greer. Interment will follow at Westmoreland Country Memorial Park.
