Sarah Colleen Roach

Sarah Colleen Roach passed away peacefully on August 10, 2022. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Noon at Bascomb United Methodist Church in Woodstock, Georgia with the Rev. Ralph Devereaux officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends from 11:00 a.m. to service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bascomb United Methodist Church Preschool, 2295 Bascomb Carmel Road, Woodstock, GA 30189.

Sarah was born in Moultrie, Georgia to the late Newton and Julia Murphy. She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Roach, Jr. and her children, Linda Reece and Becky Roach. She was the original owner of Korral Klassic Preschool and Daycare in Warner Robins, GA, which she operated for over twenty-five years. Later in life, she was the Administrator for Bascomb UMC Preschool in Woodstock, Georgia.

She is survived by her children, Bill Roach, Julia Bush, Sherri (Jay) Evans, and Hal (Cathy) Roach, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren, and sister, Shirley Mims.
