Evelyn Hagans Obituary
Pasco, Wash.
Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home
Evelyn M. Hagans of Pasco, age 86, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2006, after a long illness.
She was born March 19, 1920, in Vancouver, WA, to Maurice and Dora Morgan.
She met her husband of nearly 66 years, James C. Hagans in high school. They lived in a small trailer, going from state to state, before settling down in the Tri-Cities.
Evelyn loved the sun, and the outdoors and spent many happy hours camping, water-skiing, fishing, gardening and rockhunting. She enjoyed traveling, visiting Hawaii, Canada, Alaska, Mexico, England and France.
She served the Tri-Cities community for years when the Sage and Sand REACT Radio Club was active, was a member of the Pasco Rifle and Pistol Club, the Square Dance Club and the Tri-City Boat Club.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jim; three children, Lynda Tully of Las Vegas, NV., Robert Hagans of Kahlotus, WA., and Cindy Hagans of Edmonds, WA.
Graveside inurnment will be on Tuesday, October 10, 2006, at 10 a.m. at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Kennewick.

I've enjoyed playing pinochle with Jim and Evelyn at the Senior Center. I've only known them both for a very short time, but have enjoyed their sense of humor and kindness. Evelyn, I'll miss you and God Bless Jim and family.

Met the Hagans 40 years ago. they lived across the alley from us. Got to know their daughter, Cindy and we quickly became friends. Evelyn and Jim invited me to many of their trips: camping, rock hunting, boating, and what I loved best riding the 3-wheeler. I felt like a part of their family. As a child loved seeing Evelyn in her square dance outfit. Had many sleep overs at the house. Thank you Evelyn for making some of my childhood memorable...You will be missed!
